🚚 Shipping Timeframes:

  • All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, where stock is available.

  • Orders are shipped via 24-hour delivery services (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • If you require an item after cut-off times, please phone us for the best solution. 
🇬🇧 UK Shipping:

We use trusted couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the UK:

  • Royal Mail

  • Parcelforce

  • Specialist pallet couriers (for large or heavy items)

You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

🌍 International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • We ship worldwide.

 

💡 Important Notes for International & EU Customers

  • For customers outside the UK, VAT will be zero-rated at checkout (new items only).

  • Import duties or customs fees may apply in your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We provide all necessary documents to help speed up customs clearance.
