We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, please review the relevant policy below.
For UK Customers
Consumer / Domestic Use Products
You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for:

A replacement of the same item

An exchange for a different item (price difference may apply)

A refund for the product value (excluding original shipping costs)
Returns must be:

In perfect condition

Unopened and unused

Complete with all original packaging and accessories
Used or opened items may incur a restocking fee, based on condition and any missing items.
Exclusions:
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Custom-made or personalised products

Software or recordings that have been opened, registered, or activated

Cartridges and other consumables

Headphones and in-ear monitors (due to hygiene reasons)
For Customers Outside the UK
All the above policies apply, with the following additional terms:
