Clubtek Returns Policy – Non-Faulty Goods

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, please review the relevant policy below.


For UK Customers

Consumer / Domestic Use Products

You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for:

  • A replacement of the same item

  • An exchange for a different item (price difference may apply)

  • A refund for the product value (excluding original shipping costs)

Returns must be:

  • In perfect condition

  • Unopened and unused

  • Complete with all original packaging and accessories

Used or opened items may incur a restocking fee, based on condition and any missing items.

Exclusions:
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Software or recordings that have been opened, registered, or activated

  • Cartridges and other consumables

  • Headphones and in-ear monitors (due to hygiene reasons)

 

For Customers Outside the UK

All the above policies apply, with the following additional terms:

  • Shipping, handling, and customs charges are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
