1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions, including any disclaimers outlined here or elsewhere on the site. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site confirms your acceptance of any changes.

If any part of these Terms is deemed void, illegal or unenforceable by a competent authority, it will be amended or severed accordingly, and the remainder of the Terms will remain valid and enforceable.

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these Terms, and no third party has rights to enforce any term.


2. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website – including text, data, images, and media – is the property of Deck Converters Ltd.


3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Ensure all account information is accurate and up-to-date. You can amend your details via the “My Account” section. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion.


4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in GBP (£ sterling).

4.1 VAT

VAT is included where applicable and clearly displayed on product pages. VAT invoices are sent separately—please contact us if needed.

4.2 Pricing Errors

We aim for accuracy in all product descriptions and pricing. If an error is found after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order. You’ll receive a full refund if you choose to cancel.

If ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes.


5. Placing Orders

No contract is formed until we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

You can place an order:

  • Online

  • In Store

By ordering, you confirm:

  • You are over 16

  • You are ordering for personal or business use (not on behalf of someone else)

Orders can be amended before dispatch.


6. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when the goods enter our dispatch process. We reserve the right to refuse any order.


7. Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, or UPS. Delivery is deemed complete when the courier confirms delivery to the specified address.

Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days but do not guarantee this timeframe. You will receive a dispatch email—please contact us if items have not arrived within 5 working days.

If delivery is refused or missed (not due to our fault), you may be charged for redelivery, storage, or insurance costs.


8. Faulty Goods

Please inspect goods immediately on receipt. If damaged or incorrect, do not use them—contact us immediately.

Goods found to be defective must be returned within 7 days. Items must be returned in the same condition with original packaging.

If we confirm a fault, we may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Goods must be in “as new” condition, and payment must have been received in full.

Manufacturing faults must be reported and returned within 6 months (unless the warranty period is longer). We will not cover damage caused by misuse or wear and tear.

Goods found not to be faulty, or damaged due to misuse, will be subject to a £65 admin/inspection fee.


9. Returns – UK Customers:

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, return it within 14 days for:

  • Replacement with the same model

  • Exchange (with cost difference payable if upgrading)

  • Full refund (excluding original shipping costs)

Goods must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition with all original packaging. Used/opened goods may incur a restocking fee at our discretion. This will be the amount lost between the retail price and the resale price, along with admin charges. 

The 14-day period begins the day after dispatch.

Personalised/configured goods, including custom-built systems, software, and sealed recordings that have been opened or registered, are non-returnable. 

Consumables and products affected by hygiene are non refundable, this includes:

Headphones 

DJ Cartridges & Stylus 

Smoke Fluid 

Software 


10. Returns – (International Customers - Outside UK)

Shipping, handling, and customs charges are non-refundable.

The same return terms apply as for UK customers regarding item condition and eligibility.

Professional-grade items must remain sealed to avoid restocking fees.


11. Electronic Communication

By using this site, you consent to receive communications electronically. Emails and website notices satisfy legal communication requirements.


12. Warranties and Disclaimers

This website is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about its content, operation, or freedom from defects or viruses.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses from using the site or purchasing products. Use is at your own risk.

Our liability for direct loss is limited to the value paid for the goods. This does not affect liability for death or injury caused by our negligence.

You agree to indemnify us against any loss or cost arising from false or misleading information provided by you.

A £65 inspection/transit fee applies to non-warranty or user-damaged returns, in addition to any repair charges.


13. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
